Don Clifton

Chief Information Officer

 Don Clifton is responsible for guiding the effective use of information technology (IT), managing IPP’s IT resources and seeking new IT resources to further the IPP project.

 Don is a retired U.S. Navy veteran. During his naval career he managed 3 Chief of Naval Operations projects ensuring that the systems were tested successfully. His other duties included being a Combat Air Controller, Network Manager and wrote numerous naval publications during his career. He was forward deployed throughout his career and has traveled extensively in Europe, Middle East and Scandinavia.

 Don has his degree in Network Security and is currently pursuing certifications in Security and Microsoft applications.
