THE ENDANGERED ALPHABETS PROJECT
We’ve all heard about endangered species. But what about endangered languages? Tim Brookes researches languages on the brink of being completely forgotten, and he’s here to break ‘em down and store ‘em up with his Endangered Alphabets project. Brookes carves and paints near-extinct writing systems from Indonesia, Nigeria, and beyond into wood, and he’s planning a traveling exhibition to preserve these scripts and the fascinating cultures they embody.
The Endangered Alphabets Project needs invites for a Vermont a professor traveling the world to attempt to save endangered languages... Please help.

IPP Fellow's Book stresses how innovation and CHANGE can drive new businesses by creating high paying jobs
New York – Innovation is another term for CHANGE. With the complexities and competitiveness of global business, innovation can be often confusing while it is essential. An engaging discussion about technological innovation management is all set to begin as Innovation, Intellectual Properties for Business Development, a new book authored by Dr. M. Rashid (Rush) Khan, Ph.D. is released and available from many on-line book sellers.
Innovation, Intellectual Properties for Business Development is a comprehensive guide that emphasizes the new measure of competitiveness as being driven by an individual’s or organization’s ability to innovate, change, create, and use new types of economic assets built from human capital. Intellectual property (IP), a key by-product of innovation, is a creation of human mind. It provides readers an intensive guide on key aspects of innovation and IP asset management, an area that will increasingly impact the performance of existing and emerging businesses. This book also addresses: needed skills for the development of strategies/techniques for innovation management and business development, including: definitions of the major concepts of innovation, invention, research, technological and commercial development; exploring the main theories with real world examples of technological change and innovation; and analysis of different strategies and tools for innovation, IP development, management commercialization.
The book aims at creating high paying jobs and businesses based on an individual’s ideas, innovation (i.e., change) and intellectual properties. The world is poised for such changes. For example, innovations in sustainable energy development and efficiency improvements offer tremendous opportunities for growth via new businesses and job creation never seen before. By embracing positive changes, an “ordinary Joe” can develop extraordinary businesses.
